Nordika strengthens Kista portfolio with extended agreements and new tenant

Nordika extends its agreement with the English School for approximately 12,000 sqm and rents out about 1800 sqm to Assymetrica Kontorshotell. Both agreements pertain to Nordika's recently acquired property Reykjanes 1 in Kista, which was acquired on September 1, 2023. The property offers a total leasable area of ​​approximately 28,700 square meters, of which approximately 12,200 square meters are still available for new tenants.

Through this agreement, the premises of the International English School will undergo modernization to further increase the school's attractiveness.
