Nordika was founded in 2011 and is an award-winning investor within the Nordic real estate sector. Nordika focus on special situations and impact investments backed by an excellent investor base of global institutional investors

Our philosophy

Nordika invests in underutilized or outdated assets and other property-related investments in the Nordic region.

Nordika targets long-term solid risk-adjusted returns through market cycles by actively managing real estate assets. Nordika deploys a micro asset-specific strategy and invests where the income stream can be improved. 

Nordika focuses mainly on commercial real estate in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. Nordika's investments are a mix of risk profiles, with a strong preference for income-producing assets and portfolios.

Nordika sources investment opportunities across public and private markets and looks to serve as the long-term capital partner of choice.  Nordika offers a wide and flexible range of solutions, whether providing control equity, hybrid capital, or bespoke lending solutions to corporates or property owners.

Nordika maintains a disciplined and rigorous approach and promotes sound ESG practices to produce better outcomes for the assets we invest in.
