Nordika signs agreement with HSB for the sale of residential building rights in Uppsala
The property is located in Uppsala and the area of Stenhagen. Nordika initiated a new zoning plan to allow residential development. The intention is to convert from existing retail use to residential, in which the parties will collaborate in the remaining zoning plan process. The aim is to develop circa 200 residential units on existing land, and construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2017. The closing will take place when the zoning plan is finalized.
