Nordika of too a flying start in Kista
Nordika lets it first area in its newly acquired property in Kista. Munters AB pre-rents circa 3,000 square meters of office and laboratory spaces.
Reykjavik 1 was acquired in September this year from Starwoord and comprises some 32,000 of gross lettable area. The property is distributed between two halves of which one is let to Ericsson and the other was at the time of the acquisition fully vacant as Tele2 moved out 2 years ago.
Nordika has since closing of the transaction upgraded and modernized the property which already now is bearing fruit.
