Nordika has acquired a fully let logistic property from DHL in a strong warehouse location along the E18 highway
Nordika announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the property, located in Stenvreten Logistic Area, east of Enköping. The 14,000 sqm building is fully let on long leases to solid tenants.
Jonas Grandér Nordika, Founder and CEO, commented:
“Nordika has agreed with DHL to acquire the Enköping property in conjunction with DHL’s planned move into new premises. We are pleased that DHL and Nordika have found a good solution. Providing property ownership solutions for corporates is part of Nordika’s strategy.
