Nordika exercises NOK 130m call option in KMC Properties ASA at NOK 5.75 per share

Nordika has exercised the call option, which was granted with the directed share issuance in September 2023 for its total amount of NOK 130m. Nordika will receive 22,608,696 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 5.75. Nordika's shareholding in the KMC has increased to 72,608,696, increasing from approx. 12.68% to approx. 17.42% of the total number of shares and voting rights.
