Nordika and Partners Group divests two car retail assets to Tvättbjörnen
The two properties comprises appx. 8 000 sqm of lettable area and are located in Sundsvall and Härnösand. The assets were let on long leases to leading car retailer Berner Bil. The property owner together with the tenant had invested significant amounts to modernize the properties
