Nordika acquires office property in Kista from Sveareal
Nordika has acquired an office property in Kista from SveaReal AB. The property was part of a portfolio that Starwood Capital acquired in December 2014.
The property consists of cica 32,000 sq.m. lettable area distributed among two buildings. Around 50% of the property is let to Ericsson while the remainder of the property which used to be Tele2’s head office remains vacant.
