Nordika acquires newly built and fully let retail property in Gävle from TK Development
Nordika announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the property Hemlingby 52:13, located in Hemlingby Retail Area, southern Gävle. The 8,300 sqm building is fully let on long leases to solid tenants, including ÖoB, Jysk, Rusta, and Stadium Outlet.
