Nordika acquires a modern community service property in the growing regional city of Karlstad from SPP Fastigheter AB (publ). The property houses offices for Karlstad municipality and the Swedish Consumer Agency, as well as Nordic Swan Ecolabeled culture and conference operator
The property totals circa 20,000 sqm of lettable area and was renovated and extended to very high standards in 2011. The office part of the building is let to Karlstad municipality and the Swedish Consumer Agency.
