The Swedish Consumer Agency and Karlstad Municipality extend their lease agreements – the property is now fully let
Nordika's property, Karlstad Congress Culture Center, covering approximately 19,000 square meters, is now fully let.
The Swedish Consumer Agency's headquarters (3,000 sqm) and Karlstad Municipality (3,000 sqm) both prolonged their lease agreements in September until the end of 2031. Karlstad Municipality expanded its premises by taking over part of the Swedish Consumer Agency's former space.
Together with Visit Karlstad, the property's largest tenant occupying 13,000 sqm, the building is now fully leased under long-term lease agreements.
