Nordika signs three more lease agreements
Nordika has signed leases totaling 4,000 sqm in Takomo Base in Pitäjänmäki during 2023.
Latest additions to the property are tenants Fresenius (global health care company), Mekalasi (sales and marketing of high-quality health care products) and Qicraft (exclusive distributor of the Italian brand Technogym and leading partner for training solutions in the Nordics). The leases correspond to a total area of 2,100 square meters.

Our property in Takomo Base is easily accessible by car, bus, and train. Additionally, the Jokeri Light Rail line is currently being built, which will make it even easier to travel between our property in Pitäjänmäki and Helsinki city center. It is expected to be completed by the summer of 2024. Pitäjänmäki is an older industrial area that has gradually become more suitable for offices and some commerce. There are also several residential buildings in the area. Takomo Base is a 15,000 square meter property that offers both large open spaces and smaller office spaces.
