Nordika has acquired a centrally located office property in Kista from LaSalle Euro Growth II
Nordika has acquired a 25,000 sqm high-quality office property located in the strong submarket of Kista, just 7 kilometers north of Stockholm City and along the E4 highway to the Arlanda airport. The property will, upon takeover, have a vacancy rate of approximately. 30%, which will increase up to 40% shortly after taking over.

“Although it is a challenging market, we feel confident that Nordika will be able to fill up a majority of the vacant areas within the coming 2-3 years, given the flexibility and high quality of the property combined with the strong micro-location within Kista.
