Nordika acquires Jönköping CBD office property
Nordika acquired the property from the aerospace and defense company Saab AB. The property includes 17,000 sqm of centrally located office and assembly space
Saab has initiated a zoning plan to change the use to residential on the parking lot (approx. 7,000 sqm building rights). Saab has entered into a 2-year triple net lease in connection with the sale and will thereafter move to new premises in Huskvarna.
